4. AI and Automation Features

Indew uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power features such as lead scoring, chat automation, content suggestions, and workflow recommendations. These AI features may process Customer Data and usage data to generate outputs. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models for the benefit of other customers without appropriate anonymization or your consent. Where third-party AI providers are used to power certain features, data is shared with them only as necessary to provide the relevant functionality and subject to confidentiality obligations.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with Service Providers and Sub-processors who help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, messaging/WhatsApp providers, email delivery services, analytics providers, and customer support tools. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, which may involve servers located in multiple jurisdictions. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services.
