We process payments, manage billing, subscriptions, and invoices, provide customer support, improve and personalize our services, monitor platform performance, detect fraud, ensure security, and send administrative and marketing communications where you have opted in.

Indew uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to power features such as lead scoring, chat automation, content suggestions, and workflow recommendations. These AI features may process Customer Data and usage data to generate outputs. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models for the benefit of other customers without appropriate anonymization or your consent. Where third-party AI providers are used to power certain features, data is shared with them only as necessary to provide the relevant functionality and subject to confidentiality obligations.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure, which may involve servers located in multiple jurisdictions. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

We retain your account information and Customer Data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account termination, we retain data for a limited period to allow for reactivation or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
