By accessing, browsing, or using the website, services, and software platform provided by Indew Systems (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

Indew Systems provides an AI-powered CRM and business automation platform, which includes lead management, automated messaging and notification systems, analytics dashboards, and customer interaction utilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability to you.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration info and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to send spam, bulk promotional messages, or harass recipients via WhatsApp or other channels.

Certain services are billed on a subscription basis ('Subscription(s)'). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on your subscription plan. A valid payment method is required to process payments. All fees are exclusive of taxes, and subscription terms are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

All content, features, functionalities, source code, logos, designs, and database structures of the Service are the exclusive property of Indew Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the software.

In no event shall Indew Systems, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
